We offer 4 different delivery options:

Orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday and 10am on Saturday are shipped the same day. All orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day. We do not ship on Sundays.

Next Day orders are dispatched on Mon - Fri only, and delivered the next working day.

All orders are packaged discreetly in a plain padded box, envelope or bag. There are no labels on the outer packaging detailing what’s in the box.

From when your order is dispatched (we will send you an email to confirm once it’s been sent):

Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days

First Class Shipping: 1-2 working days

Next Day: The next working day (Mon-Fri)

European Shipping: Up to 5 working days

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays do not count as working days.

Please also note we don’t ship on Sundays or Bank Holidays, so any orders made on these days will be shipped the next working day. 

Next Day Delivery orders are dispatched Mon-Fri only. So if you've placed your order over the weekend, this will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day).

Please note not all of our shipping services are trackable. Your order will be sent via a tracked service under the following conditions:

• Orders with a value of £100 or more
• Orders with international shipping
• DPD Next Day orders

This means that your item is still in transit and wasn’t sent via one of the tracked services mentioned above. We’re unable to provide you with updates on it’s journey but it will still arrive in the expected time frame.

If you believe your order is delayed (i.e hasn’t arrived within the timeframes stated above), please get in touch with us. Please note we’re only able to assist with orders that are late, we are unable to provide updates or additional information for orders that are still within the expected delivery time frame. 

We don't currently offer a collection service. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] providing an image of the parcel as you received it so we can help!

We will notify you by email once your return has been received, and again once it has been processed and refunded.

We’ve worked really hard to ensure we provide as much information on all of our products so that you know exactly what to expect. Therefore we can only offer a refund or exchange for items that are unopened or faulty.

We only refund delivery charges for returns of faulty items.

Upon delivery, if you refuse an order/return to sender, an administrative charge will be deducted from your refund as we incur charges for this by Royal Mail

Orders made before 1pm Monday-Friday and 10am on Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders made after this time will be dispatched the next working day. We do not ship on Sundays.

As soon as you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation from us via email. If this hasn't arrived in your inbox, please check your junk folder. If it's not in your junk folder, please contact us!

We’re really quick at packing up your order which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. However you may be able to cancel your order and make a new one instead.

We may be able to cancel your order as long as you notify us via email within 15 minutes of completing your purchase.

Please note: We do not accept order cancellations during sale periods, but you can still return your order for a refund.

We’re unable to apply a discount to your order once it is made, but this will be valid for any future orders you make!

Please get in touch with us right away. We may be able to amend this providing your order hasn’t been shipped.

Please get in touch with us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can rectify this as soon as possible!

Please make sure your device is fully charged and the instructions in our User Guides have been followed, as each vape has a specific way of turning on. After following the instructions, if it’s still not turning on, please visit our resolution page here.

Most dry herb vapes aren’t designed to give off as much vapour as e-cigarettes or traditional smoking methods.

If you aren't getting as much vapour, it doesn't mean it's not working! See our guide here, and also check out our User Guides for each device, as it can sometimes take a bit of time to adjust to a new technique of enjoying your herbs.

If you’ve closely followed the User Guide for your vape, and our First Timers Guide and believe it’s still not working, please follow our resolution guide for one of our team to assist.

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, JCB and Maestro only. We don’t currently accept payments by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque.

We use government standard 128 bit secure socket layer technology. At no point, do we ever see your card details!

Sign up to our mailing list by entering your email address on the pop up screen to receive our current discount codes via email. This may be caught by your Spam filters so have a check in your Spam box if this hasn’t arrived!
