Creating a video of a device with a suspected fault

 

If you suspect that your vaporizer is faulty, please follow the below guide in order for our team to identify if there is a fault with your device. 

 

My vaporizer will not turn on!

 

Please show the following in the video:

1. The serial number on the back of the device (if the device is a Black Mamba or Fyhit Relax)

2. The device plugged in to charge (via a wall plug)

3. Disconnect the device

4. Attempt to power up the device at least twice, leaving 10 seconds in-between each try

My vaporizer will not charge!

 

Please show the following in the video:

1. The serial number on the back of the device (if the device is a Black Mamba or Fyhit Relax)

2. The inside of the charging port of the device

3. Plug the device in to charge (via a wall plug)

4. Disconnect the device

5. Plug the device in to charge (using a different USB cable)

6. Disconnect the device

7. Plug the device in to charge (using a different wall plug)

The temperature gauge has malfunctioned!

 

 Please show the following in the video:

1. The serial number on the back of the device (if the device is a Black Mamba or Fyhit Relax)

    2. Power up the device

    3. Set the temperature to the highest setting

    4. Wait for 60 seconds

    My device is producing no vapour!

     

    This is unlikely to be a sign of a fault, unless one of the above issues also apply to the device.
