After 6 months, please contact Flowermate directly at customerservice@flowermate.com. Please note this warranty covers product defects only, we cannot replace items that have been damaged or have suffered wear and tear.

The Firefly 2+ comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. If your device develops a defect during this period, please contact us at hello@vapeelevate.co.uk for your device to be fixed or replaced.

 

Arizer

The Arizer Solo II comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, and a limited 1-year limited warranty covering the battery. If your device develops a defect during this period, please contact Arizer Support here.
