We offer same day shipping for all orders made before 1pm on Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Our Next Day service is valid for working days only, so orders will not be dispatched or delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.

Royal Mail works with selected international delivery partners in order to safely deliver your parcel after it leaves the UK. Once your order leaves UK shores, more tracking information can be found on the delivery partner's website.
As of 1 January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the European Union. Therefore, your order may be subject to import fees once it arrives in your country. These fees are not included at checkout and are the full responsibility of the customer to pay once notified to do so by a customs agent.
Incorrect address / Return to Sender
If your order is returned to us due to being unclaimed, or an incorrect address being entered at checkout, we will apply a £5.00 administrative charge to resend your order to the correct address.
Alternatively if you would prefer a refund, a £3.00 restocking fee will be deducted from this.
Returns and refunds
We’re really quick with preparing your order as soon as it’s placed. Therefore if you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 minutes of placing your order in order for us to catch this in time. We’re unable to accept any cancellation requests after 15 minutes, and will request for you to ship the item back to us once it arrives if it is still unwanted.
Changes to your order
If you’d like to make a change to your order, we’ll first need to cancel your initial order (the above 15 minute cancellation window still applies), and will request for you to make a new order.
We offer a refund or exchange on unopened vaporizers that are returned within 30 days of delivery date. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the device has been opened and is fully functioning. If your vaporizer is faulty, we can offer you a replacement device or refund (see Faulty Items below). This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not offer refunds on accessories (unless faulty) or gift cards.
If you would like a refund, please first contact us at email@example.com in order for us to confirm your eligibility. We will provide the relevant returns details via email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service, as this is the only way to guarantee that we will receive the item.
As soon as we have received your return, we will notify you via email. Once this has been checked and confirmed to be unopened (any plastic/ security seals still intact) and unused, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
If we find your vaporizer to be opened or used, we will be unable to process your refund and you will need to cover the postage costs for this to be sent back to you.
For devices that develop a fault after 30 days of purchase, please check out our Warranty Information as the process differs for each device.
For devices that develop a fault within 30 days of purchase, please initially check out our troubleshooting guide. If none of these tips work, please follow these guidelines to create a video of the suspected fault.
If we request for you to send the device back, please first remove all plant material.
If we find your vaporizer to be faulty, we will send out a replacement, or process a refund and apply it to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If your device is not faulty after testing we will be unable to process your refund and you will need to cover the postage costs for this to be sent back to you.
14 day right of withdrawal
A 14 day cooling off period is given on goods purchased on our online store. You will be responsible for your own return costs.
Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the date of cancellation your order must be returned to us within 14 days.
Notification must be given via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note, the 14 day cooling off period does not apply to any goods that have been used, as they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
