Returns policy and instructions
We can only offer refunds or exchanges on items that are returned within 30 days of delivery date and are either faulty or unopened. We cannot offer refunds if the device has been opened and is fully functioning. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we have confirmed your eligibility for a refund, please send your vaporizer to:

We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for shipping service, as this is the only way to guarantee that we will receive the item.
As soon as we have received your vaporizer, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If we find your vaporizer to be faulty, we will process your refund and apply it to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If your device is not faulty after testing we will be unable to process your refund and will send it back to you!
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. This is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty
If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping incurred by us will be deducted from this, unless the item is faulty
Important: please write your order number AND PO Box number on the parcel AND vaporizer box, otherwise your order will not be accepted by our mail room
Important : Please remove all used plant material from inside the vaporizer
A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
SDN Group will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please also ensure you include your order number AND PO Box number on the label, otherwise your item may be refused by our mailroom.
If a refund has been agreed, you will receive this within 3-5 working days.
Right of cancellation
14 days full right of return is given on goods purchased on our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
You will have to pay return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.
The notification must be given per. email at email@example.com In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of operation of the item. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not put it into actual use.
