We offer same day shipping for all orders before 1pm on Monday - Friday, and 10.30am on Saturdays. We do not ship or deliver on Sundays.
For any orders of over £100, a signature will be required on delivery.
Our orders are fulfilled by Pressplay Limited. Below are our delivery times and charges. Please note that this is the time it takes to reach you from when your order is dispatched.

Returns policy and instructions
We can only offer refunds or exchanges on unopened vaporizers that are returned within 30 days of delivery date. We cannot offer a refund if the device has been opened and is fully functioning. If your vaporizer is faulty, we can offer you a replacement device or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We do not offer refunds on accessories (unless damaged) or gift cards.

We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for shipping service, as this is the only way to guarantee that we will receive the item. Please also share the tracking details with us
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Faulty items.If we find your vaporizer to be faulty, we will send out a replacement, or process a refund and apply it to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If your device is not faulty after testing we will be unable to process your refund and you will need to cover the postage costs for this to be sent back to you.
Unwanted items. Providing your vaporiser is unopened (plastic seal still intact) and unused, we will process your refund and apply it to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If we find your vaporizer to be opened/used, we will be unable to process your refund and you will need to cover the postage costs for this to be sent back to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.This is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty
If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping incurred by us will be deducted from this, unless the item is faulty
Important: please write your order number AND PO Box number on the parcel AND vaporizer box, otherwise your order will not be accepted by our mail room
Important : For faulty items, please remove all used plant material from inside the vaporizer
A 12 month warranty is granted in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Vape Elevate will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please also ensure you include your order number AND PO Box number on the label, otherwise your item may be refused by our mailroom.
Right of cancellation
14 days full right of return is given on goods purchased on our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
You will have to pay return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.
The notification must be given per. email at email@example.com In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
