Christmas 2022 & New Year Delivery Information
Orders placed before 13:00 Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day (this excludes Sundays and all UK Bank Holidays).
Please note that there are several Royal Mail strikes over the Christmas period, which may cause a delay in the arrival of your order as this puts an increased level of pressure on all postal networks. Please see the latest information here. We do apologise for the disruption this may cause.
Christmas delivery cut-off dates
Based on the latest information we have, please see cut off dates below for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders placed after these cut off dates that do not arrive in time for Christmas.

Next Day Delivery
If you need your item by a guaranteed date, we strongly advise selecting "Next Day Delivery" at checkout. This is the only service that has a guaranteed timeframe for delivery. All orders placed with Next Day Delivery before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are shipped the same day and will arrive the next working day.
