We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for shipping service, as this is the only way to guarantee that we will receive the item.

As soon as we have received your vaporizer, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If we find your vaporizer to be faulty, we will process your refund and apply it to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If your device is not faulty after testing we will be unable to process your refund and will send it back to you!

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. This is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

  • If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping incurred by us will be deducted from this, unless the item is faulty.

  • Important: please write your order number on the parcel AND vaporizer box or we may not be able to match it back to you!

  • Important : Please remove all used plant material from inside the vaporizer
