We can only offer refunds or exchanges on items that are either faulty or unopened. We cannot offer refunds if the device has been opened and is fully functioning. You have 30 days to return your item once received. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for shipping service, as this is the only way to guarantee that we will receive the item.

As soon as we have received your vaporizer, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If we find your vaporizer to be faulty, we will process your refund and apply it to your original method of payment within 5 working days. If your device is not faulty after testing we will be unable to process your refund and will send it back to you!

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. This is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty

  • If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping incurred by us will be deducted from this, unless the item is faulty

  • Important: please write your order number AND PO Box number on the parcel AND vaporizer box, otherwise your order will not be accepted by our mail room

  • Important : Please remove all used plant material from inside the vaporizer
