Payment
SDN Group t/a elevate receives payment with Visa and Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in GBP. Great British Pounds and inclusive of VAT.

elevate uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information.

Delivery
elevate ships the same day on Monday- Friday for orders placed before 14:00 and Saturday for orders placed before 10.30

Delivery is free of charge and is carried out by Royal Mail using their 48 hour service. Delivery will be 2-3 working days after receiving your order. There is an option to pay for £2.99 for Royal Mail first class delivery (1-2 working days), and £5.99 for Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed.

 

Warranty
A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.

SDN Group will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Please send returns to at: elevate, Kemp House, 152-160 City Road, EC1V 2NX. You should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of cancellation
14 days full right of return is given on goods purchased on our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

You will have to pay return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.

The notification must be given per. email at hello@vapeelevate.co.uk In the notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

Return Liability
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of operation of the item. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not put it into actual use.
