Why did you change your name to Vape Elevate?
Many of you will know and love us as dank! Vapes and we loved that brand name too! However, there are several other businesses trading under that name and unfortunately, they do not share the same dedication to customer service and quality products that we are famous for.
We've spent a lot of time this year on litigation in an attempt to stop companies using our trademark, we were tired!
So we decided to bit the bullet and re-brand!
Because our 'Elevate' brand of CBD products was already well known and loved, we decided to bring the whole family under this umbrella!☂️
Most importantly, we're still the same friendly team that offer the best customer service, always the best products & best prices.
Are your products covered by a guarantee?
Yes, our all products are covered by a warranty guarantee. The length of the warranty depends on the product purchased. In fact, products such as the Pax 3 is protected by a ten year warranty!
We only buy products direct from the manufacturers or their approved agent.
What is your delivery policy?
Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery times are 1-2 days in the UK if you select First Class Shipping, and 2-3 days if you select Free Shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you wish to return your item, please notify us my emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, within 28 days in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange on an unopened item. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can read more about our returns policy here. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How do I know if you have received my order?
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and confirming your ordered items.
If you have any queries please quote your order number when emailing us.
We will notify you via email when your order is dispatched..
How do you send out my order?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and packaged discreetly in a plain padded box. There are no labels on the outer packaging detailing what is in the box.
Do you only charge in pounds?
I’ve found one of your products cheaper elsewhere?
We don’t believe you! :-) Send us a link and we will refund you the difference.
Are my card details safe?
We use government standard 128 bit secure socket layer technology. At no point, do we ever see your card details!
